Being a French pastry art enthusiast and expert, Amanda Gunawan delivers high-quality, clean, and authentic French cakes and desserts. Since she was a kid, she has always been passionate about spending time in the kitchen with her mother and aunt, creating lots of the family’s favourite recipes and foods. Decided to focus on French pastry, she went to Lyon, France to discover more about it from the world’s capital of gastronomy. Come back to Toronto, she equipped herself with food and nutrition knowledge, to implement those into her desserts with health and food safety as the based; on top of that, with her experiences in a vegan restaurant, she established well-balanced pastries. She enjoys creating a new combination of flavours, experimenting on textures and elements, which makes every creation unique and has its own signature.
